I found this new (to me) site during the 5 Minutes for Mom Blog Party called Adventures in Babywearing. I was instantly drawn to it as I seem to wear Apple for a better part of the day. Whether it is to walk to school (when the roads are clear), to vacuum or to go to the Sugar Bush, Apple seems to be strapped to my body. I do have a sling, but for the most part I just use the carrier. I did the same for J, but somehow I wore him more for shopping trips or walk abouts downtown. Remembering this actually makes me feel sad for Apple that she hasn’t seen as much of our wonderful city as J did, but with him in school it just isn’t possible.
They are putting together a blogroll of babywearing Moms, so I thought I would sign up. Since this may just be the last time I get to wear one of my kids around the house all the time, I am going to milk it. If you are a babywearing Mom stop by and check them out.

If I had another babino I would become a baby wearing mama! I don’t know why I didn’t when my boys were little.
When you come here next, we are having a Starbucks craft party! It’ll be a hoot 🙂
Babywearing always looks so much fun on her blog. It would be a must for me if we ever go for baby #3.
Yes- milk it!! It’s the best! : ) I can’t wait to wear my new baby!

I wore Hunter when we would go outside to walk. I had every intention of wearing him around the house to do chores and such but Maddie (the 4 legged child) got to the point where if I put Hunter on she thought it meant we were going out for a walk and would go crazy… I mean really if I spoil my dog that much is there any hope for poor Hunter!! 🙂
Cool I will check it out. I still plan to patent my idea BABY VELCRO!
I was a baby wearer….more with Ethan since I was so prego with E when K was a baby.
I wish I could still wear him but he breaks my back now and then has to escape….I want to be in on this party at starbucks when you come!
I would love to see you again:)
Did I miss something?
Unfortunately my baby wearing days are over…my babies are 12 and 14 and have been on my hip for MANY MANY years!
love that.
i wore D18 all the time, but somehow got out of the groove with the middle three. we all had fights over carrying M6 lol, the kids usually won unless he wanted a feed X
I’m not entirely sure what “baby wearing” is. But, that’s cool about the blogroll. 🙂
I never did to the babywearing thing with either one of my kids, Looks cute though
I was definitely a baby wearer and would do it again if I have another!
