These are lyrics from a song that I cannot remember. All I can remember is that line and the tune. It is an old song but a song that keeps going and going in my head this morning. You see, we are on day two of our extended Easter Weekend. Yesterday J woke up with a mild fever. As the day went on his fever got higher and higher. Despite the Tylenol when he got up this morning it was way up there. I did a dual dose of Advil and Tylenol and it appears to have done the trick. I just feel terrible as he is going to miss his first swimming class. Something he has been looking forward to for months. His whole Beach Party thing has been leading up to this day. I think we will have to go for a public swim this weekend, just to make up for it.
I am back to the drawing board with the washing of all the bedding and cleaning the house down, again. I have it all down to a science, I think.
At the same time that this has been going on, I have been working feverishly (pun intended) on both an order for my coffee cozies that I received from Charlotte. {It would seem that my Sister and her girlfriend hang out at a cute coffee shop called Julia’s Coffee and they saw my cozies and wanted 20 for their Earth Day celebratioin.} And stuff for my Etsy shop. I am ready to roll and the shop should be up, running and open for orders within the next day or two.

Oh that song, I hated how it would get in my head for days. Over and over and over….
Thanks for reminding me 😉
Poor J, that is just no fun. Public swim sounds like a great idea. He looks so happy in the tub for his beach party.
Cute Cozy!
The cozies are cute! 🙂 Sorry about J being under the weather, hopefully everything will be better soon!
(The song is by Chumbawumba (sp?) and I don’t remember what it’s called either, but that’s really the only line in the song, lol.)
“Tubthumping” by Chumbawumba, of course!
And what is your Etsy shop called? I don’t know that I’ve ever seen it!
Never mind, I found you at Etsy! 🙂 And I hope J is feeling better soon.
Cute cosy!!!! Now I’ve got that song in my head!!!
I’ll have to check out your Etsy shop!
“I get knocked down, but I get up again, you’re never going to keep me down.” Awesome….
